{ Connecting to Communicate } conversation with Jefferson State Community College student Olivia, who recently finished taking my ENG 102 class. Whenever I read what she wrote in response to writing prompts I gave in class and on Blackboard, I learned something. She made the effort to articulate her thoughts and ideas, which helped me be a better teacher.
